I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, specialising in Transactional Analysis, offering a distinctive nature-based approach to therapy. Alongside traditional indoor and online sessions, I provide outdoor counselling in the beautiful surroundings of Hebden Bridge, where the natural environment becomes part of the therapeutic process.

My practice is grounded in the interconnectedness of body, mind, soul, spirit, and the wider ecological world.I draw on embodied, somatic, and creative methods to help individuals reconnect with themselves, discover what brings them alive, and foster vitality and growth through a holistic, nature-informed approach.
